Our differenciating value
BREED IN FREEDOM
Our products come from Iberian pigs that live in freedom in the dehesas (oak forests) located in Guijuelo (Salamanca, Spain). The diet is 100% natural: grasses, aromatic herbs and acorns.
NATURAL CURED
The ham is cured in a completely artisanal way: it is covered with salt and passed to the natural drying rooms, at more than 1000 meters of altitude and exposed to the cold and dry air of the Sierra de Gredos, to melt its fine fat into the muscle tissue, in a process that lasts between 36 and 48 months.
LUXURY PACKAGING
All our products are vacuum packed, and presented in individual ecological packages, with a refined design.
IT'S HEART-HEALTHY
During the montanera, the pigs feed on acorns, which is why it is a heart-healthy food, with juicy meat, of exceptional flavor, and very low in saturated fat.
HAND CUT
Cutting by hand preserves the layer of oil that protects the acorn-fed Iberian ham, avoiding aromatic losses, allowing you to appreciate its 4 flavors:
- Mild flavor.
- Intense flavor.
- Aromatic flavor.
- Tasty flavor.
DELIVERY IN 24h
Each order is prepared individually and, in 24 hours, we deliver it by hand.
To enjoy it
- If you're not going to consume the product in the next 7 days after its purchase, store it in the freezer.
- When you're ready to consume it, remove it from the freezer, and let it rest for about 3 hours before consuming it.
- The product must be at a temperature of between 22°C [71°F] and 25°C [77°F].
- We recommend accompanying it with red wine, and pairing it with cured cheese.
- Beer is a good companion, too!, as well as champagne or sparkling wine... very chilled!
